Texture Packs

Here is a few epic texture packs among my most favourite.

See the bottom of the page for a tutorial on how to install these files.

Note: I have tested the safety of these links for you guys, so there is no need to worry about viruses. Just be careful on mediafire, as it has a habit of popping up a lot of ads when downloading. I do not take responsibility for malicious files etc contracted from the site itself.

How to insert the downloaded file into minecraft.

Texture Packs-

1-Open Minecraft and click on "Texture Packs and Mods"

2- Hit "Open texture pack folder"

3-While that is open, go to the downloaded file in another window and either copy and paste or drag and drop into the TP folder.

4-Right click on the zip file and select "Extract Here", which extracts all files inside into the same folder. You can delete the zip afterwards if need be.

5- Make sure there are no extra files in the folder, just the TP you want.

6- It should be in your Minecraft Texture Pack Menu, just select, click "done" and you're ready to go!

Maps-

1-Open your start menu and type "%appdata%" (without queries) into the search bar.

2-Look for the folder that says ".minecraft".

3-Once inside that, click on "saves".

4- Go to the downloaded file in another window and either copy and paste, or drag and drop into the "saves" folder.

5-Right click on the file, and select "Extract Here", (same as texture pack tutorial).

6-Make sure the (Map Name) folder has been extracted, then delete the zip file. Either that or move it out of the "saves" folder.

7-Just launch minecraft, click Single Player, and it should be in there! Ready to play :)
